Booking and cancellation
Cancel up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside 24 hours no refund is issued and changes cannot be accepted. All times are local, GMT -4.
No-shows
Drivers wait at the pickup point and call your name three times. If nobody answers it counts as a no-show, which is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Weather
If conditions make an activity unsafe, we reschedule it at no cost or refund it in full.
Responsibility
Activities take place outdoors and carry the risks normal to that kind of experience. Guests take part at their own risk and must follow the safety instructions given by staff.
Privacy
We use the data you give us at checkout to operate your booking: confirming it, arranging your pickup and contacting you about changes. We do not sell it.
